Reinforcing Skills with Analytics and Call Blitz

This course equips L&D and instructional design teams to prove—and continuously improve—the business impact of AI roleplay training. Building practice experiences is only half the job; the other half is measurement, optimization, and reinforcement. You will learn how to interpret performance analytics at the course and roleplay-agent level to diagnose skill gaps, target coaching interventions, and evolve your curriculum based on evidence rather than opinion. You will also learn how to design continuous practice programs using Call Blitz–style drills: short, high-intensity, back-to-back simulations that build muscle memory, adaptability, and confidence. Rather than relying on one-time training events, Call Blitz creates a sustainable cadence that fits into daily workflows and supports progressive difficulty. As an instructional designer, you will determine the right practice windows, scenario mix, and mastery thresholds so drills are effective without becoming punitive or overwhelming. Finally, you will learn how to run high-pressure practice sessions that approximate “game day” conditions. You will apply cognitive load principles to structure escalation (easy → standard → stretch), and you will design feedback loops that help learners improve rapidly while maintaining motivation. By the end, you will produce an impact measurement plan (metrics, dashboards, baselines) and a 30-day reinforcement blueprint that your enablement team can launch immediately.Throughout the course, you will work from an L&D perspective: you will translate sales competencies into observable behaviors, choose the right practice modality, and define evidence for mastery. Each lesson includes a practical build artifact—persona brief, scorecard, or rollout plan—so you can apply the content directly to your enablement roadmap.
